Support binlog checksum

After this option is added we need to update the sample mysql configuration.

Is this the last remaining part for 5.6 support?

Almost, all the data type are supported and the current branch work with MySQL 5.6 if you enable:

binlog-checksum = NONE

The other missing part is backward compatibility with MySQL 5.5. We just need to skip this:

In order to dectect if checksum is enabled:

SHOW GLOBAL VARIABLES LIKE 'BINLOG_CHECKSUM'

Ok MySQL Hadoop Applier doesn't support checksum at this time. We are at the same point.
