I want to contribute to this repository docs/rules by translate to Japanese.

How can I participate in this repository contribution?
Should I make a separate translation repository?

We don't have any translations currently; in my experience this is usually done by maintaining a separate repo and linking to it. Are you willing to continually maintain that repo and keep it up to date as the docs here change?

The changes are not so high, so I think I can do it.
I'll fork and create this repository.

Thanks! I'd suggest making your default branch something different, and that way you can make PRs to this repo's master branch. Your PR to add a link to the translated fork can close this issue.

Hi, I've been trying my hand at translating the readme into Spanish as well and would like to contribute that if it's helpful. Should I do the same as the above suggestions?

@ari-os310 yes, thanks, that'd be great
