This PR aims to resolve #59 by adding the old draft-04 docs to the draft-04 directory.
They will end up being hosted on the website, but will not have direct links to them. This will allow us to maintain links to the older version from docs that depend on it.
If merged, I'll update the OAI/Swagger 2.0 spec with the links to the new location.
