Define 8 micro roles with clear responsibilities

After talking with as many of the core team as I could, it was suggested that rather than larger roles which could potentially take up a lot of time, we should consider defining several micro roles with clear responsibilities. Several would be grouped into teams.
I need propose what some of these roles would be and look like.
