Provide and publish 1 package that demonstrates a vocabulary in use

Before the "JSON Schema Vocabularies" concept, there have been several packages published which allow support for additional keywords. These are equivilent to having a Vocabulary.
We should create and publish one as an example.

My first idea is for provenance information.
Another candidate is for ontology data, as per json-schema-org/website#317
