Don't worry about the appdata patch, ill format it latter. But if you are interested you also have to update the line https://github.com/flathub/cc.arduino.arduinoide/blob/master/arduino-appdata-fixes.patch#L3 that says how many lines were edited. It would also require to check if upstream was changed during this time.
