Fix the templated overload of
ConditionVariable::TimedWait()
, which suffers from the same integer overflow bug on 32-bit architectures asSemaphore::TimedWait(int)
did (which was fixed by #1042). Also, deleteNormalizeTimespec()
since it is no longer used anywhere.
