_write became protected in the new typing, so need to access via an any cast.

So I've tested this upgrade and everything seems to work, but I can't get the tests to run.

TsProject throws an error when trying to run the tests:

TypeError: Cannot read property 'flags' of undefined

@niemyjski I also see that there are mentions of this repo and this issue on the following thread where you also commented:
ToddThomson/tsproject#84

Thanks for the PR! I'm going to work with TSProj and see if I can get that figured out.
