Does this have any application for the ESP32S2? I have been struggling getting SPIFFS to mount correctly at runtime with the ESP32 S2 I have been working with. |

Description of Change
partitions.cvs is renamed to partitions-xMB-tinyuf2.csv for flexible scheme. However, due to our mistake we didn't remove obsolete partition.csv for adafruit feather esp32s3. This prevent changing to other partition scheme. This PR is meant to fix this.
This PR only affect Adafruit Feather ESP32-S3 board.
Tests scenarios
Tested on core 2.0.5 with IDE 1.8.19 on Linux with Adafruit Feather ESP32-S3
