Description of Change

Please describe your proposed Pull Request and it's impact.

A board support for the new board MiniMain ESP32-S2 I have created under the company name Department of Alchemy.

Tests scenarios

Please describe on what Hardware and Software combinations you have tested this Pull Request and how.

(eg. I have tested my Pull Request on Arduino-esp32 core v2.0.2 with ESP32 and ESP32-S2 Board with this scenario)

I have packaged these board additions into a board package that I have installed to Arduino IDE 1.8.19 on Windows and used the Arduino ID to upload a sketch to a MiniMain ESP32-S2 board to cycle a rainbow on the WS2812B LED on the board. Also verified that the TinyUF2 bootloader was installed by double clicking the reset button on the board and seeing the board mount as a drive in Windows. I opened the INFO_UF2.TXT to verify the that TinyUF2 0.10.2 version was installed by the Arduino upload process.
