Steps to complete rel/man integration (after merge to espressif/arduino-esp32 repo):
generate new/use existing personal GitHub API token in the following traviscli tool cmdline:
travis encrypt ESP32_GITHUB_TOKEN="<GH_REPO_API_TOKEN>"
to get the GH token encrypted (prereq: espressif/arduino-esp32 repo has TravisCI SSH-keys preset)
copy generated "secure: ..." string as is to the 'global' section of .travis.yml file. This is to allow GH release management via GitHub API for the repo
check the basic function (run TCI build by commiting annotated tag for [pre]release and see the deployment finished successfully)
after confirmed functionality of 3), replace 'webhooks' in .travis.yml with a proper Gitter room link
enable unit testing script in .travis.yml (time-consuming operation, suspended for integration phase)
All steps are referred as '2DO' comment in the .travis.yml file
