Is your feature request related to a problem?

Library API reference (https://docs.espressif.com/projects/arduino-esp32/en/latest/libraries.html) doesn't cover filesystem related libraries.

Describe the solution you'd like

At minimum, a page with the description of:

  • FS and File APIs
  • SPIFFS and it's features and limitations
  • LittleFS and its features and limitations
  • The concept of partitions and how the sizes of storage partitions can be defined or customized (possibly on a separate page)

esp8266/Arduino documentation page on filesystems can be used as inspiration: https://arduino-esp8266.readthedocs.io/en/3.0.2/filesystem.html

Describe alternatives you've considered
