I'd suggest to change this to p != 0 to also avoid negative input, if NOT_A_PIN was passed for some reason or so. Just a minor fix.

Is there also a reason why 160mhz was added as entry? I see no way how to use 160mhz, maybe I just dont find the correct place for the information?

I'm not sure what you mean by "I see no way how to use 160mhz".
Select 160MHz, flash the image, and loop will run at 160MHz.

I had some problems with uploading speed 921600, so i switched back to 256000.
Seems to work now.
