I'd suggest to change this to p != 0 to also avoid negative input, if NOT_A_PIN was passed for some reason or so. Just a minor fix.
Is there also a reason why 160mhz was added as entry? I see no way how to use 160mhz, maybe I just dont find the correct place for the information?

Select 160MHz, flash the image, and
loop

I had some problems with uploading speed 921600, so i switched back to 256000.
Seems to work now.
