Accessibility issue in "Forms → Autocomplete" (contrast issue)

Describe the bug

The grey hover state has a contrast ratio of 1.1:1 on the white background making it less than the sufficient 3.0:1. In accordance with WCAG 2.1, this does not satisfy the 1.4.3 Contrast (minimum).

How to fix

Leave it up to the UI designers. Inverting the colours is usually a good starting point.
