Works, but breaks subsequent fixes in the same file. We will need to reverse the order of line numbers if we want to use this, so that we apply fixes at the end of the file first.
gnu sed is installed with this name by homebrew.
Also fix other writes to stdout to be preceeded by #

Add a new output format to cpplint (--output=sed) that emits a shell script containing sed commands that will fix many of the errors, one line at a time. An example of the fixes this produces is in #554.
