The ACSL unicode operators are UTF-8, not UTF-16; also add missing ACSL
operators.

  • Each commit message has a non-empty body, explaining why the change was made.

  • Regression or unit tests are included, or existing tests cover the modified code (in this case I have detailed which ones those are in the commit message).

Is ACSL now fully supported / documented / encouraged / working / a work-in-progress / of future interest / mainly of historical interest / deprecated?
