This PR

  • renames files and directories by removing the numeric prefix. The prior setup imposes an unnecessary burden on the developer when wanting to reorder sections, as it then requires the developer to rename files and directories along with the changes to the index.
  • ensures that this repository matches the current conventions of the array API standard.
