SideBar disappears in Mobile View

Sidebar disappears in Mobile view. Here is our code. Please help us with the exact changes or configurations which can help us render the sidebar in mobile view. What we looking for is this.

a. A button we can place in the header of the screen.
b. On click of that button we can show the sidebar.
