Description

I have remove old issue template and implement 2 separate.

  • a bug report template
  • a feature request template

Motivation and Context

Github proposal a new way to create a more user-friendly issue template

How Has This Been Tested?

I test in a test repo (https://github.com/FelixLgr/test/issues/new/choose)

Types of changes

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)

Checklist:

  • My change requires a change to the documentation.
  • I have updated the documentation accordingly.
  • I have added tests to cover my changes.
  • All new and existing tests passed.

Was wondering why the node v18 check isn't running. I think your fork might be out of date:
