Provide import documentation/feature

Hello Guys,

Thanks for this provider it will be a game changer !

I'd like to switch from my python provisioning to terraform for coder and it would be nice to add the feature and the according documentation to import the existing resources in the state please. Something like this : https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/aws/latest/docs/resources/s3_bucket#import.

The provider already supports importing all resources except workspace proxies, via UUID or qualified name (e.g. <organization-name>/<template-name> but we don't have any examples in the docs, we'll have to add some!
