Initial page shows "no workspaces" instead of "loading" indicator

When I first installed Toolbox and logged in, it said I had no workspaces for ~15 seconds before they popped up. Can we put a loading indicator there instead?

The plugin has been very snappy so far otherwise.

@matifali @bpmct I've digged through the API and played with the code, but it seems Toolbox at this point is not able to refresh the icon or the string for that matter. At start-up it resolves one value and that is used everywhere. Ideally the plugin should be able to differentiate between "loading workspaces" and situations where it connected to a deployment that does not have any workspace yet.

At best, I can submit some tickets to Jetbrains to improve the API in the next releases. What do you think?
P.S: @bpmct 15 seconds sounds a lot. Does it happen for you frequently? Can you share some logs?
