Following these instructions, my code-server build (Ubuntu 18.04 LTS) wouldn't give me a prompt in the built-in terminal (Ctrl + Backtick). Are there any additional requirements for this functionality? |

Adds a guide on how to build the binary and also explains each yarn task and what it does. Also updates
