Scrolling using Magic Keyboard does not work on iPad.

• Remote Architecture: x64
• code-server --version: 3.9.3 fe2dc2d

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Safari, and go into code-server
2. Open any tab that contains something available to scroll (Even Source code area is affected.)
3. Try to scroll using the magic keyboard's touchpad.

Expected

It should scroll.

Actual

It doesn't scroll at all.

Notes

This issue can be reproduced in VS Code: There is no VS Code on iPad.

The "Magic Keyboard" that I am talking here is This one (apple.com). not the magic keyborad for mac.

Hopefully iOS 14.5 fixes it, from what is in the other issue 🤞
