From conversation with @dajmcdon, it seems that the frosting branch has become the new dev site with many new features and with many new PRs being merge requests into it. We would like to make this official by

  • designating frosting as the new default branch that all PRs are merged into
  • making sure CI is up to date with this change

I can help with this, but I need more repo permissions.
