trying to make the readme direct people to the docs a little more forcefully and make sure the docs are clear that the package is available through CRAN. If you have any other changes that are updating to reflect CRAN please add them here

btw, you should make this change in README.rmd instead and then render it with devtools::render_readme()

The command is devtools::build_readme() apparently, but thanks for the reminder.
