Summary
Update codebook accompanying cmu-delphi/covidcast-indicators#1630.
Some fields changed name (
wave->version,group_of_respondents_item_was_shown_to->respondent_group,choices->response_options) and some fields were added (qid,matrix_Base_name,question_type).Fixes miscellaneous bugs, especially in the
display_logiccolumn.
