Summary:

Karla's question revealed that we don't have API key usage instructions for clients linked from the API Keys usage page. This PR fixes that.

Changelog:

  • api_keys.md: Link to client documentation for API key usage
  • client_libraries.md: Describe API key usage for one-file clients; add links to new epidat* clients

Prerequisites:

  • Unless it is a documentation hotfix it should be merged against the dev branch
  • Branch is up-to-date with the branch to be merged with, i.e. dev
  • Build is successful
  • Code is cleaned up and formatted
