Description
Feature.
This PR adds the ability to deploy an updated version of the staging api proxy
signal match list when we deploy indicators to the staging env.
When we merge to main we will run an additional Jenkins stage that triggers a
small bit of Ansible located in this repo to place an updated file where it
will be read by openresty.
