Another patch series coming momentarily adds output modes that happen to end with newlines by default, versus the current output modes that do not.

This patch series changes the behavior of case_sparql_select to always end with a newline.

No effects were observed on Make-managed files.

This will cause a slight conflict with #86 due to a change in the expected test output. So, this should be reviewed to give an OK on the gist, but it should not be merged until after develop is merged back in after 86 is merged.

This patch adopts CASE 1.1.0, via recent releases of CASE, `case-utils`,
and `case-prov`.

Template `README.md.in` files are also updated to reflect a behavior
change in `case_sparql_select`.

A follow-on patch will regenerate Make-managed files.

More follow-on patches will adjust validation results to restrict SHACL
severity levels to `sh:Info`.
