Description of changes:
When a local directory is specified along with an entry point that's not in the same directory (e.g. foo/entry.py as opposed to just entry.py), we pass along the entire path. However, if an S3 directory is provided, we strip the path and pass along only the base name, and the training image will then have trouble finding the entry point (since we don't pass along the path in any other capacity).

What is then the final approach to define estimator once we have setup.py and we have to pass the path to entry_point.
