Change: Use the output path to store the Clarify config file

Description of changes: Currently we use the session default bucket to upload the analysis config. Instead we want to upload it to the s3 path where we also store the results of the Clarify job. This location already has the right permissions etc. set up.

Testing done:
tox (style)
tox -- -k test_post_training_bias && tox -- -k test_shap && tox -- -k test_pre_training_bias
pytest tests/unit/test_clarify.py
