Description of changes:
Shorten AutoML default base job name to void collision in parallel integ tests.

a better fix would be to use unique_name_from_base

a better fix would be to use unique_name_from_base

my bad - I hadn't paid close attention to where the change was being made.

name_from_base is good in automl.py - it's in our integ tests that we should be using unique_name_from_base and passing in the generated job name directly, e.g. https://github.com/aws/sagemaker-python-sdk/blob/master/tests/integ/test_tuner.py#L461
