We have a couple parameters that aren't actually being used:

eval_metrics: hyperparameter for Amazon algorithm estimators
enable_cloudwatch_metrics: unused Framework parameter that has already been marked as deprecated for quite awhile (Deprecate enable_cloudwatch_metrics from Frameworks #292)
