Deprecating client-dynamodb-v2 clients

2 clients are going to be deprecated in next release: client-dynamodb-v2-node and client-dynamodb-v2-browser.

Instead you should use client-dynamodb-node and client-dynamodb-browser. The old NPM packages will still be available but won't get further updates. #201 contains the full rationale of why we are making this decision.
