Removing unused integration tests for lambda, apigateway and glacier

Motivation and Context

These tests are no longer run; they're disabled using the @ignore annotation. Since they test backend functionality rather than SDK functionality, we should be able to remove them from the codebase.

Modifications

Removed disabled service integration tests.

Testing

Tested locally with mvn clean install
