Description of changes:
Adds a sample for showing how to connect to Cognito using the CognitoCredentialsProvider, adjusts the README to include how to setup and run the sample, and adjusts CI to run new the Cognito sample in CI. Also removes
ca_filefrom the README for custom auth, as it's not needed (and shouldn't be passed - custom authorizors ignore it)By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache 2.0 license.
