If no files are updated outside of the workspaces,
then learn will not version any modules.

This feature is needed primarily for CI changes that impact customers.
Such as deprecating support and removing testing for runtime versions.

Check any applicable:

  • Were any files moved? Moving files changes their URL, which breaks all hyperlinks to the files.
