Missing uuid package in @aws-crypto/material-management v4.1.0

Problem:

Version 4.1.0 of the @aws-crypto/material-management package introduced the usage of the uuid package here. However, the package.json file was not updated to include the uuid package as a dependency.

Solution:

The package.json file should be updated to include the uuid package.
