Description of your changes

In #925 we moved to es2019 as a build target in an effort to support the Node.js 12.x in AWS Lambda. Now that the version (v0.10.0) has been released, this PR bumps the version in the examples/* folders to use it.

How to verify this change

Check the result of the GitHub Actions that should be passing.
