Description of your changes

This PR adds parser middy middleware. We only have before part to parse event object with specific envelope or custom schema.

The PR is in draft for now and contains changes from the envelope work. I leave it as draft for early comments and suggestions. Once #1815 merged it will contain less changes.

Erm, let me rebase first, something weird with git again

* first envelope

* add abstract class

* add tests

* add more tests

* fix tests

* add envelopes

* add middy parser

* minor schema changes

* add more envelopes and tests, refactored utils to autocomplete event files

* simplified check

* remove middleware from this branch

* refactored from class to function envelopes

* removed parser tests, should be in another branch

* add parser to pre push

* consistent naming
