Arduino Pro IDE 0.1.0 no longer uses Arduino CLI from the PATH.

I suggest documenting this changed behavior in the changelog for the 0.1.0 release.

@per1234, do we want to include the steps on how users can manually update the CLI inside the IDE?

@kittaakos I would not document how to replace the CLI until we have a more stable, not prone to changes API.
We have seen that things can break so if we do document such action we have to clearly instruct users to keep a backup of the bundled CLI or be ready to download the IDE again if something breaks
