I just can't upload my compiled code.

Please run this command:

arduino-cli upload -p /dev/ttyUSB0 --verbose --fqbn arduino:avr:megaADK ~/arduino

and then copy and paste the complete output from the upload here.

Ok, in fact I didn't see my arduino blinking so ok you are not telling if the upload operation was successfull.

Great so it's not an issue

… a connection had been established which led to the time service having a wrong date configured (1/1/2000) which leads to an expired certificate which inhibits the establishment of a connection to the server since the certificate has expired. This was triggered when properties where changed within 'setup' (#158)
