Homebrew not installing the latest version

Current behavior

Homebrew install 0.18.3 and does not install the latest version (0.19.0)

$ brew install arduino-cli

Expected behavior

being able to install the latest version using Homebrew

Additional context

The problem is related to the CI pipeline failing on the Homebrew repository.
