Select serial port which is just connected while a 'Plug Now' Dialog is open. You don't have to worry any more when teaching your students to select the correct serial port.

This commit is just after running the "./i18n_update.sh" tool to reflect the changes in "Editor.java".
for the new strings added for the 'Plug Now' feature.

The common headache of almost all Arduino teacher is to teach about selecting the correct serial port. You may want to teach about the Windows "Device Manager" or to open/close the serial port menu while plugging Arduino.
Here is the solution. You will find the new menu item "Plug Now..." in the "Tools"->"Serial Port" submenu. Click the "Plug Now..." menu item, a dialog appears, plug your Arduino to PC, wait a few seconds, just click "OK". This selects the correct serial port.
This page says "+1,558 additions -1,403 deletions". These large numbers are by the mess in the language files. The actual patch is only "+91 lines -10 lines".
