The common headache of almost all Arduino teacher is to teach about selecting the correct serial port. You may want to teach about the Windows "Device Manager" or to open/close the serial port menu while plugging Arduino.

Here is the solution. You will find the new menu item "Plug Now..." in the "Tools"->"Serial Port" submenu. Click the "Plug Now..." menu item, a dialog appears, plug your Arduino to PC, wait a few seconds, just click "OK". This selects the correct serial port.

This page says "+1,558 additions -1,403 deletions". These large numbers are by the mess in the language files. The actual patch is only "+91 lines -10 lines".

Select serial port which is just connected while a 'Plug Now' Dialog is
open. You don't have to worry any more when teaching your students to
select the correct serial port.

This commit is just after running the "./i18n_update.sh" tool to reflect
the changes in "Editor.java".
for the new strings added for the 'Plug Now' feature.
