Updated Resources_fa.po to correct two typos

Corrected two typos for Persian translation:
Line 55: بستن instead of یستن
Line 216: الصاق instead of الساق

but the translations are not handled directly from git, please use transifex:
https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/arduino-ide-15/

you can freely register and add yourself as a Persian translator.

Once fixed the strings will be updated before the next release.

@cmaglie, Thanks for your advise. I did not know that Arduino IDE translations are handled by transifex. I will act accordingly.

I agree with @matthijskooijman. I visited http://arduino.cc/en/Main/ContactUs at first place to report those typos. Since I did not find proper instructions, I consulted users on Arduino IRC channel and was mislead to git.

After I posted my comment, I also noticed there was no link. I guessed there was some kind of cache involved, but I'm still not seeing it on http://arduino.cc/en/Main/ContactUs ?
