It would be really helpful if the Guide to the Arduino Yún would point out the need to open UDP 5353 port under "Linux" section. This is written under the description of Bonjour service under Windows, but port 5353 is not mentioned anywhere else though it is critical if one wants to connect the IDE with Arduino Yún over WiFi.
The notice could go under the "Installing drivers" section (http://arduino.cc/en/Guide/ArduinoYun#toc12), something like "Ensure that the firewall does not block UDP port 5353."
