Note: SW3 can not be run-time software-controller, values are loaded at startup from fuses, regs are RO only.

I'd put 4b68e61 between

#ifdef ARDUINO_PORTENTA_H7

since it's the only target that should error on usage

On C33 you can shut down SW1 completely without any harm 🙂
