@ashleygwilliams This is FF 27 with Web Developer -> Test resolutions (that's why the scroll bars look so different). But you can also see it while resizing it normally. And I've also seen it in Chrome 33.

I guess I should've checked the pull requests before posting the bug, but I had this problem too in Chrome.

I fixed the media query; upper limit was one pixel too much.
