docs: strict-di docs are hard to discover #9786

strict-di was introduced in 4b1695e

but the snippet of docs in ngApp doc is insufficient to understand what the strict mode is and why and how to use it. we should move some of the commit message info++ to ngApp or some other easy to find place and also add a note to guide/di.
