When use angular 1.0.2 all works fine. Using angular 1.0.3 breaks dropdowns closing on list item click event.

This looks like a bug in angular version 1.0.3

Yep, this has been reported in #1651, #1674, and #1662. It appears to be caused by c81d817

I would say this is a duplicate, thanks for reporting it though!
